High Speed Production Duplication of Memory Flash Cards
The MC6650:1-32 SD/MMC is made up of two modules with one master socket and thirty-two target sockets. Each module has it's own powerful Pentium IV computer running LINUX. Modules can be networked together thereby expanding the capacity of the system, by using a high speed multi-port Ethernet switch so that all modules may share a common control window. Once a duplication job is launched in the user friendly GUI window, each module is individually started using the module's START Key.
As each module is a separate computer, using parallel processing of the copy and verification functions, you may duplicate to all available target slots while any other module is being unloaded and then loaded (the other modules can be performing a copy function). This sequential operation of each section allows maximum throughput for the system
Included Front Panel Functions
- Copy master to copy cards
- Set up card type
- Set up user job
- Verify Master against copy cards
- Copy log to USB drive
- Set up card parameters
Computer Interface
The MC6650:1-32 SD/MMC system has a 10/100 Ethernet port which allows connection to standard networks. A User friendly GUI is provided running under LINUX that allows selection and definition of the duplication tasks as well as easy networking of the MC6650:1-32 SD/MMC Copier.
Duplication Speed
Duplication speed is independent of number of cards duplicated. The times quoted will vary widely both by card type and card manufacturer. The typical rate for fast SD cards is 360MB/min.
