StorageHeaven presents the ultimate state of the art video tape duplication systems. The kits are a complete turnkey system inclusive of all materials and equipment required to build a 20 or 100 VTR rack with master control remote and complete ON-LINE QUALITY CONTROL: when your video cassettes are ejected from the VTRs they are ready to ship. The system provides for easy assembly and single operator control of all VTR and source machine functions. The system is shipped with complete diagrams of the rack system, the master console layout and the dupe rack layout. CAD drawings will outline the entire process. Instructions are provided to complete the assembly process.
Centered around the Panasonic pro-line of professional duplicator series VHS VTRs, the StorageHeaven video duplication systems are efficient, high quality and well designed for both the first time duplicator or as an upgraded addition to an existing dupe system. These systems allow you to copy form any video source including DVD, VHS, and more.
With our system, you can control separate banks of 20 VTRs each in any configuration required. On the 100 VTR system, individual banks of 20 or a mass of 1X100 system can be configured by simple switches form master control. A system patch bay for audio and video will allow the master rack to configure for up to 4 VTR masters and feed a 5 bank slave rack.
Remote control is full function from our MRM-20 controlling each VTR separately via IFR cables (cable pack IRCAB DUPE20), which deliver IR signals to each VTR.
Quality Control is simple and foolproof using the Ocean Matrix OMX-PSW24 passive audio/video switchers. The system feeds the outputs of all VTRs to a single monitor for verification of signals on the recorder tape. The QC system is located at the control end of the dupe rack. All QC functions are controlled from this area.
